  I love my apartment here and the location. I have had a few maintenance issues since moving in but the Management team has taken of each issue in a very timely manner. I reported the items on a Friday afternoon and all have taken care of within two normal business days.
  ***UPDATE***
  I have been here since 11/17 and Central Air and heating unit has been acting up for the last two months and still after 2 service visits the issue IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. If you are considering moving here I would recommend totally researching other apartments in the area first. The service here was good for about a month now it is less than desirable. They don’t care that the malfunctioning unit is causing my electric bill to go up and up and up. Always get an excuse and the unit never gets serviced correctly so that it will function properly. Stay away from the Landing.
